I've got this crazy idea, and I have a proposition for all of you: I name some activities, giving you some links to follow, so you can better see what I mean, then you say how happy would that action make you.I'll try to group activities by topic, so we can have a statistic at the end of the game.
Activity 1:
Exercising. More specific, what kind of exercising makes you happy? Do you like jogging, going to the gym, do you adore aerobics or tae-bo? Or you just want to a bit of weight, or stay fit, and you think exercising can help?
Activity 2:
Watching your weight. Do you weigh yourself ten times a day to see if your last activity lost you a couple of grams? Are you obsessed with the fact that half of your wardrobe has become too small to fit you? How bad is your relationship with dieting?
Activity 3:
Beauty treatments: how do you like goling to massage and aromatherapy? Turkish baths are good or bad for you? What about Finnish saunas? Wrapping your body in algae feels you with peace and well-being feelings, or you just think it's another stinky thing you have to suffer in order to preserve your beauty?
